Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform overall cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of industrial workspaces and equipment.
2. Use of industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuum cleaners.
3. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas according to the prescribed standards.
4. Safely handle and dispose of waste, including hazardous materials, following appropriate protocols.
5. Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards by wearing necessary personal protective equipment.
6. Report any damage or repairs needed in the work area to management.
7. Carry out minor maintenance tasks.
8. Carry out inspection of the premises and report any unsafe conditions to management.
9. Work in a reliable and efficient manner while adhering to the cleaning schedule.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role in an industrial setting is highly preferred.
Knowledge of industrial cleaning processes and the use of cleaning equipment and materials.
Familiarity with basic safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
Possession of a valid driver's license may be required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
