The Position
Reporting to the Airfreight Manager you will be responsible for:
- Registering and processing of air documentation
- Ensure that disbursement invoices for customs duties/sales tax and freight charges are raised daily
- Checking shipment files to ensure profit has been made, identify and investigate all non-profit shipments and escalate
- Separate shipment files and check client quotes/rates
- Checking all rates / invoices
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
To be considered for this role you require:
- Proven Freight Forwarding knowledge in imports/exports or invoicing
- Positive and outgoing team player attitude
- Strong and effective communication style
- Reliability and dependability
- Organisational abilities, working in a fast paced environment
- Full working rights within Australia is a requirement
