SalaryMORE 4x4 Pty Ltd located in Brookvale NSW are a leading 4WD specialist offering 4WD vehicle
preparation, servicing and mechanical repairs and we are searching for an amazing and
talented Industrial Engineer to join our team.
Role requirement:
Conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the utilisation and management of personnel,
facilities, equipment, and materials within the 4WD shop environment. This entails a meticulous
review of current operational strategies and established protocols, with the objective of
proposing enhancements to elevate the quality and efficiency of daily operations, solidifying our
standing as leaders in the 4WD service and retail industry.
Tasks will include:
● Instituting strict standards for installation and modification, with thorough quality control
and inspections, ensuring that every vehicle is built to a high standard to ensure
longevity and robustness.
● Analysing team member efficiency, workshop layout, and operational data to enhance
the efficiency of our workshop operations, ensuring every project is completed with
utmost precision and within optimal timelines.
● Conducting detailed inspections to guarantee optimal performance and reliability,
ensuring every journey in our custom vehicles is a testament to our commitment to
quality and adventure.
● Implementing work measurement programs to refine the build process, optimising labour
in crafting these vehicles, and ensuring each unit is built to the highest standards of
quality and performance.
● Designing and engineering specialised components, equipment and systems to address
the unique challenges of every build and to create consistency in our build process,
enhancing the durability, performance, and comfort of our custom-built vehicles.
● Crafting operational strategies and organisational charts focused on constructing and
customising 4WD vehicles, ensuring efficiency and precision in creating exceptional off-
road tourers.
● Create, deploy and review operational strategies and processes to ensure consistent
and efficient output that are sustainable and replicable throughout the individual
business channels.
The successful candidate must have at least 2 years relevant work experience and a relevant
bachelor’s degree.
This is a Full-time and permanent position on-site in Brookvale, NSW.
An indicative salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation.
