We have opened the position of Industrial Engineer to join the team and make a difference.
.As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for engaging with peers, client project delivery, operations teams, and other stakeholders of varying seniority levels to assess organisational needs and contribute to the implementation of tailored solutions for project and organisational challenges.
Your role will involve offering guidance to clients on enhancing efficiency within their organisations/projects, devising solutions for identified issues, tracking improvements and change, and optimising processes such as standardisation, goal setting, and organisational design.
Utilising advanced analytics techniques and business intelligence tools, you will analyse existing systems, processes, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and driving business model reengineering efforts. Additionally, you will conduct and evaluate benchmarks and studies to inform decision-making and support clients in achieving strategic objectives through effective project management and process optimisation.
In line with your role, you will establish quality control standards and policies, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and safety regulations throughout project lifecycles. Your commitment to championing quality and fostering continuous improvement will be pivotal in driving organisational success.
Skills and Qualification required:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years of full-time work experience with consultancy industry
- Work experience with Railway or construction industries desirable
You will mainly be located at clients’ project offices. Some aspects of your work may be conducted remote from clients’ locations.
Your workload will vary, with periods of intense activity followed by lighter workweeks, requiring flexibility in your approach to managing deliverables, projects, and deadlines.
Salary will be commensurate with experience between the range of $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 plus superannuation per year.
