The HP Indigo team are seeking a confident, dynamic, self-motivated individual to deliver programs that promote customer growth across the APJ region. Working with internal teams to help develop, position and promote these programs, you'll be involved in both the planning and delivery.
In collaboration with our channels, you'll visit customer sites and look at ways to improve their workflow or bring new applications across to their market leading digital presses (Ramp Training), assist them with challenges around colour accuracy or repeatability (Colour Value Added Services) and share best practice for consumable replacement (Supplies Optimisation).
The ideal candidate will have experience in the digital print industry from a commercial or label and packaging background, preferably with detailed Indigo knowledge. You'll need to be self-motivated, can work independently or in cross-cultural teams and be familiar with the policies and structure of corporate organisations whilst showcasing excellent time management skills.

This position can be based in Australia or Singapore and will involve travel throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to propose and deliver growth programs to our customers.
- Present solutions to internal teams, channels and customers to create awareness and grow adoption.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in delivered services, leading to positive NPS results.
- Work in cross cultural teams to refine existing materials for delivery within the region.
- Work with marketing resources to share successes and create case studies.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in a multilingual environment.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships, including senior management in focus accounts.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to prevent problems within the team/technology area.
- Owns expense/cost target commitments for all service delivery requirements developing, implementing & monitoring expense controls.
- Collaborate effectively within the team, ensuring a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.
- Consults in presales & change order negotiations, representing & approving delivery capability & cost solution.
- Ability to effectively and proactively manage risk for medium to high risk projects.
- Identifies incremental revenue opportunities and supports pursuit activities.
- Assures compliance with HP and customer's HR, PR, legal, financial, ethics and government related policies, strategies, and processes.
- Contributes to knowledge management capture, documentation & publication to drive organisational maturity.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or associate degree holder (technical field) with 5-7 years of working experience in related fields.
- Prior technical training experience.
- Prior experience working in a digital or offset printing environment, with press operations or production management.
- Experience with Industrial Printing press technologies and workflow solutions.

Additional Desired Skills:
- Color Management experience.
- Fogra or G7 qualifications.
- Technical knowledge of HP Indigo digital press technology.
- Familiarity with a broad range of industry workflow solutions from W2P, prepress and production
- Detailed knowledge of print manufacturing processes
