BayleyWard is a national award-winning Architecture studio that has recently established an emerging Industrial and Box Retail Sector. The name of this new Business is called Cella and is part of the BW group of companies.
The studio was established 10 years ago in Melbourne with Sydney and Queensland following a recent national expansion.

The Role
With a growing pipeline of work in exciting and challenging opportunity exists for a full-time role as Project Architect/Leader within our team. We’re looking for confident creative and proven designers with 5 years of experience and passion for exceptional outcomes. If you thrive on collaboration, and have a knack for turning visions into reality, we want to hear from you!
The Project Lead will be responsible working closely with our industrial sector principal to overseeing all phases of architectural projects from concept development, documentation to construction administration and project closeout.
What you’ll bring:
- Exceptional design and documentation skills with the ability to develop and manage buildings with a degree of authority & autonomy.
- Ability to manage and drive consultant team.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience post Masters of Arch. qualification (or equivalent) and/or Diploma of Building Design.
- Solid understanding of warehouse and box retail construction methodology, BCA NCC and planning regulations .
- Ability to present and narrate your work comfortably to a range of stakeholders.
- Solid Revit experience previous documentation experience specifically in Revit is a pre-requisite.
- Project and coordination experience through Design Development and documentation phases.
