DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS:

With our extensive experience, we approach each project as a fresh challenge, utilizing our versatile skill-set to offer comprehensive architectural services such as master planning, design development, construction documentation, and interior design.
We need a Project Administrator to perform the following tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
2. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, organized, and easily accessible to team members.
3. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, vendors, and other relevant parties.
4. Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
5. Track project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
6. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them to the project manager as necessary.
7. Keep stakeholders informed about project status and any changes or deviations from the plan.
8. Assist in resource allocation and management, including coordinating with team members and ensuring that they have the necessary tools, equipment, and information to perform their tasks.
9. Help identify and resolve resource constraints or conflicts.
10. Support the project manager in monitoring project expenses and budgets.
11. Assist in tracking and documenting project costs, reviewing invoices, and ensuring that expenses are within the approved budget.
12. Collaborate with the project team to establish and implement quality control processes and ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
13. Assist in conducting project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
14. Contribute to the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks.
15. Assist in developing risk management plans and strategies, and help monitor and address potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
16. Provide general administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, managing project-related documentation and files, and maintaining project databases and records.
17. Engage with project stakeholders to establish and maintain positive relationships.
Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:
Education : Degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related field
Australian Experience : At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR
Overseas Experience : At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience
Specialist : Project Administration
