AddressWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Manager for an industrial project valued at 15mil to oversee our clients site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
This is a regional role, a significant salary and package is available for the right candidate. The project will run for 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Supervise and manage on-site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or risks promptly.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise on site.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities and expenses.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
- Promote and enforce sustainable construction practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and health and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
