MAJOR LITIGATION
As an Associate, you will:

• Handle diverse cases across various industries
• Work on large-scale litigation in District, Supreme, Federal, and High Courts
• Engage in international disputes

Expect to tackle a wide range of complex matters, including:

• Commercial contract disputes;
• ASIC investigations and disputes under the Corporations Act 2001;
• Medical indemnity claims;
• Continuous disclosure issues affecting the share price of public companies;
• Trade practice disputes and compliance;
• Investigations;
• Misleading and deceptive conduct;
• Consumer protection issues;
• Resources litigation and joint venture disputes
• Defamation litigation;
• Federal court matters including complex intellectual property disputes;
• Shareholder litigation and proxy fights; as well as
• International Arbitrations

3+ PAE ASSOCIATE
We are looking for ambitious lawyers with the following:

• 3+ Years PAE: With lawyers considered up to 6 years experience.
• Reputable Background: Litigation experience in specialist, mid, or top-tier firms
• Client Service: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service is essential
