Van Mal Group Construction undertakes a range of government and commercial projects across NSW. 

Due to protected growth and a number of prospective projects in the pipeline for 2024 and beyond we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the company. 

The role involves: 

• The supervision of all subcontractors, VMG staff and construction personnel onsite 

• Coordination of trades, materials and suppliers in accordance with the plans, specifications, finishes and construction program. 

• Management of all aspects of Work, Health and Safety on site including the implementation of VMG Safety Management System 

• Performing checks on site to ensure construction in accordance with Regulations and Australian Standards. 

• Monitoring and managing labour on site to maintain schedule. 

• Site set out and provide leadership for multiple trades 

• Solving construction issues and pushing the construction programme onsite to deliver on time and budget 

The successful candidate will have; 

• Trade qualified background (Cert 3 Carpentry) 

• High quality communication skills. 

• Excellent organisation and planning skills. 

• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

• A keen interest to learn and problem-solve daily. 

• General computer literacy using the Microsoft suite 

• Procore experience advantageous 

Our Site Manager will need; 

• A valid driver's license. 

• Construction White Card. 

• Australian Experience (Minimum 8 years in industry within Australia) 

• General tools and equipment. 

Role is contract with possibility for full time work 

$75/hr + Super
