Address- Assist in the preparation of an operational plan, budget estimates and the effective budget management for industries cost centres.
- Provide production schedules, tender documentation, business plans and strategies to promote and manage productivity of the centre.
- Participate in procurement & stock control process.
- Detailed knowledge or previous experience in a business environment
- Leadership with the ability to motivate and encourage others to meet the challenges of demanding work roles
- Experience and understanding of schedule and revenue targets within a business environment
- Experience in the development and planning activities to ensure the effective utilisation of Resource Management
- Problem solving and analytical skills for resolving issues and improving practices and processes
- Effective interpersonal skills as evidenced by the ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated written communication and research skills including the ability to prepare reports and submissions on complex matters
- Understanding and practical application of legislation, policies and procedures relating to industry operations
- Ability to liaise with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
