We are looking for an Industry Program Manager (internally known as an Industry Operations Manager) to join our Redlands campus. In this role, you will work closely with the Campus Leadership Team to deliver a deliberately different industry-driven senior secondary program.
Key outcomes include:
Leading a high-performing and engaged industry team to ensure the delivery of performance goals.
Ensuring the College aligned Industry Education program is industry-driven incorporating the voice of industry.
Effectively managing industry work placements in line with College policies and procedures.
Overseeing the effective implementation of allocated industry-related programs, including the Rookies program, TAFE pre-vocational pathways, Electrical Preparation Pathway, and Academy programs.
Ensuring a College-aligned program of industry education is delivered in a manner that provides real value and tangible outcomes for our young people, in an environment where they can thrive and succeed.
Leading a culture of safety and continuous improvement through constant conversation and action.
Providing the very best industry-driven learning and exemplary industry-standard experiences for young people, employers, and the communities we serve.
Delivering, developing, and maintaining quality within the Industry Education program, throughout all stages of the young person’s journey.

Skills and experience
The following qualifications and experience are essential for this position:
Relevant qualification or degree and/or professional experience.
Experience within an RTO, with the apprenticeship system, or other relevant industry experience.
Demonstrated experience leading a team to achieve outcomes and targets successfully and consistently.
Aspirational and inspirational leadership capability with the ability to influence and lead by example.
Experience managing quality systems and processes.
Experience designing and delivering innovative ways to challenge, and problem-solve.
Current valid driver's licence and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Ability to demonstrate and champion the AITC values
