What you'll be doing
The IPAC Support Officer (SO) role is a dedicated resource to provide comprehensive and high-level support to the NSLHD IPAC service under the direction of the NSLHD IPAC Director. The role will assist and support the development and implementation of projects and business processes for IPAC and will coordinate activities targeting safety and quality initiatives. The SO will provide timely, effective, high level and confidential secretarial, administrative and related support services, including but not limited to: project work management, data and audit management and development support of quality improvement projects.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support to a major program or project.
- Strong capability in organising meetings, preparation of agendas and minute taking including the ability to prepare professional presentations, correspondence and reports.
- Demonstrate an advanced ability in the use of a variety of computer software, including HPRM8/TRIM, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
