The Role
Reporting into the Australasian Sales & Service Manager, you will be primarily responsible for building client relationships and nurturing our dedicated team of Business Managers to ensure highest possible levels of service are maintained.
* As this role is responsible for both States, overnight travel asrequired.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Empowering and coaching a team to deliver industry best customer service.
- Managing the State's Independent clients to ensure maximum profitability and efficiencies.
- Leading the State's operations, planning and budgeting, account management and new business growth
- Provide existing clients with the confidence that their business is taken care of
- Work in unison with all departments to ensure best outcomes for all.
- Ensure all company best practice and policies are followed including WHS, Equal Opportunity, and Workplace Discrimination.
- As this role is responsible for both States, overnight travel as required.
This role comes with a fully maintained company vehicle. laptop, tablet phone and tools of the trade.
To be successful in this role, you will have:- Previous management in retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and work schedules
- Lead the development of the workforce with an emphasis on empowerment and communication.
- Strong administrative focus
- A creative, innovative and positive attitude
- A strong attention to detail and take pride in your work
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- A current drivers license
