Your key focus will be our youth travel brand arm, Backpacker Deals, working alongside a high-performance team selling tours, activities and campervans to adventurous travellers worldwide! We are looking for the next influencer specialist to make their mark on our business - helping shape our brand and play a central role in our marketing strategy.

Role Expectations:

• Lead our Influencer Marketing strategy - developing plans to drive revenue through the utilisation of Influencer Marketing and Social Media channels
• Develop and manage a roster of influencers
• Set expectations, monitor, track, and assist influencers to improve their content and output to exceed your personal revenue KPIs
• Curate, negotiate and manage a roster of influencer content to reach set performance and revenue targets
• Monitor and report on KPI’s, and provide feedback to the senior management team on the engagement and conversions from influencers
• Liaise with influencers, tour operators and the wider Travello team to plan, organise and facilitate amazing adventures for influencers
• Social Media & community management - Leverage our content library, influencer content and more to continue growing our following on our social channels
• Build and post original content across our Social Media channels across Instagram Reels, Instagram Posts, TikTok, YouTube shorts & more
• Manage our traveller community and engage in community engagement

Where you fit in:

• You will work closely with the entire marketing team to develop plans for our brand image as this role is often the first point of contact for most customers
• You will be working with a small but high-performance team of marketing professionals, with cutting-edge technology
• You will work closely with the sales and product team to ensure we are promoting best-in-market tours and experiences and are ahead of the game in predicting what the next travel trend and hotspot will be
• You’ll be transformational within the company as a subject matter expert, helping us identify & improve our Influencer Marketing strategy. Social media is at the core of what we do and you will have the opportunity to shape our brand and tell our story.

Qualities we are looking for:

• Experience managing influencer engagements
• Managing and growing organic social communities (desirable)
• Bonus points for agency-side experience in an influencer management role
• Proven capabilities producing social content
• A serious #GSD attitude, but can have a laugh in between
• A positive attitude and passion for the travel industry
• Organised, reliable, communicative, great attention to detail, and able to establish new creative concepts to share with the team
• A team player with a can-do mentality who isn’t afraid to be in the weeds with the rest of the marketing team, we’ve all got each other's backs!
• Isn’t allergic to dogs or Friday drinks
