Socialè is seeking a driven and dynamic Influencer & Partnerships Executive to join our team full-time in a hybrid type role, based in Sydney, AU.

As an Influencer & Partnerships Executive, you will work with leading influencers and clients to access new markets and drive exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role working across fashion, lifestyle, and beauty, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent client management and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop strong relationships with clients and influencers, negotiating partnerships and collaborations that align with brand objectives.
Secure and cultivate new business opportunities by managing sales leads and client relationships through proactive outreach and networking; and raise awareness of Sociale's influencers and services.
Meet regularly with key talent, clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate and drive sales by bringing in new business but also effectively managing ongoing partnerships.
Manage client and influencer partnership campaigns from start to finish, including timely execution of deliverables and budget management whilst also ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Effective translation of the social media strategy / content ideas into detailed plans and presentations.
Create and develop creative influencer marketing strategies for both talent and brands that drive exceptional results.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and competitor activities.
Stay informed about influencer marketing best practices and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
Ensure high standard of professionalism and customer service thereby creating referral and intermediary opportunities.
Requirements:
Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or beauty sectors.
Already has established networks and client relationships.
Full working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint or Google document equivalent.
Proven track record of successful influencer collaborations and partnerships.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.
Results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed client expectations.
A positive attitude and a self-starter.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to think ahead in order to establish an efficient and appropriate course of action for self and others.
Event, and partnership experience - negotiations, partnership development, concept, production and budgeting.
Capable of leading and managing projects autonomously and as part of a team.
Innate sense of personal style and impeccable presentation.
