The role
  • Full time, Fixed term (up to 12 months)
  • Level 7 - $95,414 - $104,255 FTE pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga
The Information Analyst role within the SX Service Centre team at Charles Sturt University is a pivotal position focused on collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support informed decision-making and enhance the overall student experience.You will be responsible for gathering data from various sources, including our CRM, data warehouse, surveys and operational systems, to identify trends, provide advice on patterns, and areas for improvement within the Service Centre functions to drive data-driven decision-making.About you
  • Extensive experience in data analysis and interpretation, enabling you to make recommendations and decisions derived from data insights.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience using applicable applications such as Excel, SPSS, SQL, Tableau/Power BI and data cubes.
  • Analytical, creative and innovative approach to solving problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
