Our client is a WA-based educational institute, and they are seeking an IT Information Architect within their Digital Projects team. This is a long-term project related to education innovation.

Your new role

As an Information Architect, you will spearhead the transformative upgrade of our client's Learning Management System (LMS), tailored for fully online academic programs. This pivotal role involves a strategic blend of business process reengineering and technological innovation, setting the stage for an institution-wide LMS migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Reengineering: Analyze and redesign workflows to leverage the new LMS's capabilities, ensuring a smooth transition for online program delivery.
• Solution Architecture Design: Craft a comprehensive IT architecture that supports reengineered processes and meets the intricate needs of online education.
• Enterprise Architecture Framework: Establish and uphold standards that will guide the larger-scale LMS migration, aligning with overarching enterprise architecture principles.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Experience: Proven track record as an Information Architect, with a history of managing complex software projects and significant process overhauls.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, business process optimisation, and solution design.
• Skills: Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with LMS or e-learning platforms is a significant plus.
