About the opportunity
The primary responsibility of the ICT Support Officer is to work as part of the ICT Team to provide quality ICT support and customer service across the School to students, staff and families. While primarily focussed on providing first level technical support, the position is also responsible for supporting the general functioning, smooth running, maintenance, and technical support of the ICT Department at Good Shepherd Lutheran School, including audio visual support for School activities.
