Reporting to the Portfolio Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will support the Portfolio Management function by ensuring adherence to methodologies and governance requirements whilst supporting the team with a variety of tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Portfolio Delivery Manager in continuous improvement and embedding of technology project and program governance
- Review and circulate project and program reports to stakeholders
- Create and maintain dashboards and centralised RAID logs
- Design and maintain portfolio level reports and the centralised stakeholder register
- Schedule and manage project and program reviews in accordance with the project delivery lifecycle
- Document and circulate minutes for program and portfolio governance meetings and steering committees
Key requirements include:
- Hands on experience in project administration and support
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
- Proven experience implementing and embedding governance and new processes in complex environments
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite including Project
- Previous PMO and Change Management experience would be highly regarded
Overall, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively across organisational levels. You will be highly motivated with a willingness to manage a large variety of tasks and have a customer centric focus.
