As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for helping our clients resolve technical issues related to their IT and Telecommunications infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks and security. You'll provide support to clients over the phone, email and in-person. Using our Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform to log and record work conducted against service tickets ensuring efficient service management.
Role Responsibilities:
- Learn to provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely and onsite
- Managing tickets efficiently, meeting client service level agreements
- Install, configure, and maintain computer and telecommunication systems and applications
- Provide remote and on-site support to clients
- Respond to user enquiries and resolve problems promptly
Role Requirements:
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective prioritisation and organisational skills
- Must hold a valid QLD drivers license for the duration of employment
- Own vehicle required
