Your new role
Provide first-level technical support to internal and external customers.
Respond to and resolve IT-related issues, questions, and requests in a timely manner.
Escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Document all support activities in the ticketing system.
Ensure that all support activities are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Experience as a service desk analyst
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and other enterprise applications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
