Information Technology Officer

• Full-time role based in Dandenong South

Skillinvest is currently seeking an Information Technology Officer to join our dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Information Technology Officer at Skillinvest, you will:

• Provide on-site and remote support to clients from our Dandenong South office.
• Oversee and manage the Microsoft 365 service stack (including MS Teams, Office Apps, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and PowerBI).
• Assist with enterprise collaboration services using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Manage endpoints via Intune, including desktop application packaging, policy deployments, and MDM management.
• Participate in IT meetings to discuss Microsoft 365 services and upcoming features.
• Mentor, train, and handle escalations to ensure key outcomes are achieved.
• Troubleshoot networking issues (VLAN, Firewalls, Routing) and manage desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11).
• Utilize ticketing systems to provide excellent support for escalated incidents.
• Engage with third-party vendors to integrate systems and resolve high-level issues.
• Be eligible for a Police Clearance and hold a current Victorian driver's license.

Key Skills / Experience:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services.
• Expertise in supporting and configuring desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Experience with enterprise networking hardware (Switches, WAP, Security Cameras).
• Proficient in deploying and managing devices via Intune and MDM.
• Skilled in using PowerShell scripts for Microsoft 365 services.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Microsoft 365, preferably in a large enterprise organization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
