The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Leading Hand to manage the operation and administration of the workshop by leading and contributing to a professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, efficiency, and customer support. Key Accountabilities Include:Direct workshop personnel in the day to day duties of their positions
Have direct contact with department customer base to ensure customer satisfaction
Supervise and authorise all workshop quotations
Direct personnel in the maintenance of the equipment and ensure compliance with Government bodies
Supervise the requirements of other internal departments for service department labour
Review reports involving departmental performance and profitability and advise Service and Parts ManagerManage the compilation and processing of new equipment warranty claims
Ensure that weekly production meetings are held with the relevant personnel
Supervise all conditions that relate to HSE of employees
