RESPONSIBILITIESProvide administrative maintenance, monitoring and support across the infrastructure stack both within the bank as well as systems & services hosted with 3rd parties
Candidates expected to be hands-on with service desk tickets.Emphasis on doing rather than managing or project tasks.Approximately 70% of workload related to ticket tasks.Tasks may include service level 2/3 escalations.Participate in planning and the implementation of migration to cloud technologies eg: O365, Exchange Online, Mobile Device ManagementEffectively triaging and troubleshooting escalated infrastructure issues as well as day to day management of incidents and service requests
Working closely with Information Security in managing and monitoring security patching for Desktops and Servers and Endpoint Security, OS hardening
Providing proactive contribution to the banks projects and initiatives
Create and maintain systems documentation, configuration information and reporting
Availability to work outside business hours and with occasional local and interstate travel to meet operational requirements

Experience in 0365 planning, implementation and support
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare,CloudExperience with Microsoft technologies (AD, GP, DHCP, MFA, SCCM, ADFS, DFS, Azure, Hyper-V, O365, PowerShell)Demonstrated experience ExchangeDemonstrated experience in infrastructure design
Tertiary qualification in IT and/or equivalent relevant experience
Full working rights – Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Desirable / Highly RegardedExperience and competencies in cyber security
Microsoft server certification (MCSE, MCSA)Commitment to the bank’s values and purpose
