Infrastructure Engineer

We seek Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to drive software development, integration, and deployment in Agile environments, fostering innovation.

Location: Canberra, ACT based. Interstate candidates will be considered
Working Arrangement: Remote working arrangements will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Interstate candidates must:

• Travel to Canberra for the first week of their engagement for induction and to meet their team. 
• Travel to Canberra at least once per month for a minimum of 4 working days for key stakeholder, team, and organisational events, as required by their manager.

Duration: 12 months with 2x 12 months extension
Citizenship Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizen with NV2 Clearance minimum

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (SFIA4)

Responsibilities:

• Design, integrate, and document software capability.
• Enhance existing software for optimal performance.
• Drive continuous improvement processes.
• Document technical processes for knowledge sharing.

Experience Needed:

• Proficiency in software development, especially Go.
• Competence with public Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and contribute ideas.
• Experience in stakeholder requirement collection.

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to Agile methodologies.

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (SFIA5)

Responsibilities:

• Lead Cloud-based systems development.
• Plan and design release packages, assessing risks.
• Contribute to Cloud-based software specifications.
• Manage deployment conforming to standards.
• Drive continuous improvement processes.

Experience Needed:

• Advanced software development skills.
• Proficiency in requirements definition and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in priorities management.
• Ability to work effectively in integrated Agile teams.
