The role reports into the IT Director to support them and the Tech Team to deliver the transformation program to deliver stronger digital capabilities, automation an enhanced data analysis and reporting, and a futureproofed IT infrastructure and platforms to support the business and it’s end users.
The role will be working with the external IT Partner to manage the day-to-day infrastructure and being a key contact for stakeholders for any assistance they require internally. You will also have accountability for a continuous improvement and innovation program to identify those opportunities to improve digital and tech capability for users across the business.
We are looking for an Innovation and Automation lead:
- Lead the IT innovation centre in researching, developing, and implementing cutting-edge technologies and solutions.
- Drive initiatives to enhance automation, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT team.
- Identify opportunities for automation to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement automation solutions for routine tasks and processes.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate automation into software.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end users on the Microsoft platform, including Office 365, Windows, and other relevant technologies.
- Create training materials, documentation, and resources to support end-user learning and adoption.
Skillset:
- Microsoft 365 solutions and applications such as: Teams, Office, Outlook, Flow, PowerApps, OneDrive, Bookings, Power BI, and SharePoint. Workplace training would also be beneficial.
