About the role
As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and application projects through the full project lifecycle. You will play a key role in supporting the business in achieving its goals while ensuring quality, adherence to schedule, and budgetary requirements.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead and manage projects across various IT Infrastructure environments
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in defining the project scope, budget, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously ensuring adherence to the project scope and budgets
- Proactively identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Implement projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, vendors, and management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with clients and the account management team to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Experience and requirements:
- 3-5 years of project management experience, specifically in managing technology Infrastructure Projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification (PMI, PRINCE2)
- Proven experience managing Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project).
- Knowledge of business applications and data usage within finance and/or risk disciplines.
