Role Description
Due to company growth and an extremely busy pipeline, we’re taking Expression of Interest applications for a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of new build, refurbishment and redevelopment projects across our Social, Civic and Cultural sectors.
Applicants with previous experience in delivering Aquatic Centres or Sports & Recreation projects will be highly regarded.
As we are a multi-sector project management firm, you will also have the opportunity to broaden your skill set by delivering projects across other property & buildings sectors.
Located in our Sydney office, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing scopes of works with clients.
- Managing the design, tender and procurement process.
- Engaging with contractors and consultants.
- Managing the construction/delivery of projects.
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
