Competitive Salary: Band 8 - $126,017 to $135,948 p.a (dependent on experience) + 11% superannuation

This is achieved through the provision of technical support, planning, project delivery and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms and technologies.You will be responsible for:
- Leading the IT Infrastructure Technical Team & Service Desk
- Monitoring Performance and Security of the Bayside IT Systems
- Planning and Delivering Infrastructure and Technical Projects.
- Monitoring Capacity and Budget for IT Licencing & Software
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification along with at least five years relevant experience in an IT environment working in Infrastructure, System Administration and Networking roles
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-discipline teams and fostering collaboration
- Demonstrated experience in service delivery with a proven record of a “Customer First” approach
- Demonstrated experience in implementing & managing cloud-based IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions & contracts
- An outcome focused self-starter with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills who is able to both effectively lead and work within a team
- Demonstrated ICT Transformation and strategy implementation experience with a focus on continuous improvement
- Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check
- Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check
