It Support Coordinator

Your new role Reporting to the Operations Manager, the IT Support Coordinator is responsible for the provision of efficient and effective IT Support to ensure the highest level of internal and external customer service is maintained at all times. Responsibilities:All IT related issues, including computer software issues in a Microsoft Windows environment
Liaising with the company's external IT Service Provider
Maintenance, replacement or repair of computer hardware or office machinery.
Management of relevant company-wide IT related tools and websites.
IT training and updates to staffWhat you'll need to succeedExperience as an IT Coordinator or similar is beneficial but not essential.
Strong passion for and understanding of IT systems and technology
Familiarity setting up computers, mobile devices and internet/printer configuration
Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive
Professional presentation and outlook
Excellent organisational and people skills
Willingness to learn and take instructions
