About You -
- You like a challenge and are not adverse to having robust discussions with staff and middle management to improve injury management outcomes
- You may have handled QLD Workcover claims in an insurance-based setting, and hold a RTW Coordinators certificate, but would like to break through to your first employer-based role putting this knowledge to good use?
- You may have an allied health qualification and want to put it to good use, having a direct impact on an organisations injury/health & wellbeing performance
- A small portfolio of QLD WorkCover claims
- Part of a small team with colleagues doing the same job, and an experienced mentor/manager
- A hands-on role with a focus on early interventions and robust, sustainable RTW plans
- Keep the Insurance company honest and aligned with shared claims strategies
Remuneration will be commensurate with your experience + Salary Sacrifice ($16K)
