About the Company
Highly reputable business in the transport industry who are known for delivering exceptional service to their customers, have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Injury Management Advisor to join their team. This is a 3 month contract role to start immediately.
About the Position
- Provide high-level administrative support to the HSEQ Department;
- Support managers with the Return to Work (RTW) process to minimize risks and costs;
- Assist injured employees with claims paperwork and process guidance;
- Ensure timely submission of documentation to insurers;
- Promote early intervention and support for injured employees’ return to work;
- Liaise with medical professionals, insurers, and employees to manage RTW claims;
- Maintain and update RTW files and ensure compliance with company policies; and
- Generate ideas and coordinate activities to promote employee health and wellbeing
- Strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders;
- Valid driver’s license (travel required between multiple sites);
- Claims management experience;
- Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; and
- Effective communication skills across all levels.
- $45 + Super P/HR;
- Short term contract role, up to 3 months;
- Hybrid working; 4 days in office, 1 day from home; and
- Immediate start.
