They do what it takes to help clients to be safe, healthy, and productive at work.Responsibilities:
- Building trust with your client, and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
- Working on-site as the in-house Injury Manager with Australia’s leading manufacturing company
- Oversee a portfolio of between 45 and 50 cases (non-billable)
- Identifying the hurdles to return to work following illness or injury. We collaborate to problem solve, plan and achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work and independence
- Provide Injury Management and early intervention services including obtaining all relevant information and documentation from workers, the employer, treating doctors and other relevant professionals
- Maintain a high level of customer service and excellent relationships with site supervisors, Employer Claims Team and injured workers to achieve positive outcomes
- Case management, reporting and maintaining the database
- 3-Point contact for all new injuries within 2 hours of notification
- Facilitate medical consultations, case conferences and teleconferences
- Develop specific and appropriate RTW plans
- Liaise with treating parties to drive claims
- Proactively participate in claims reviews and Injury Management meetings
- Travel to client site and flexible work-from-home
