About the role
Reporting directly to the Superintendent Health, Safety & Training the role will manage, develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate injury prevention initiatives and wellbeing programs for the Mungari operation.
You will demonstrate your ‘safety first’ mindset, strive for excellence and take pride in your work, striving to always improve, be bold in your thinking and be accountable for your work, and ‘own it’.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to work autonomously, in a proactive manner and enjoy delivering and seeking out solutions. No two days will be the same, offering lots of great challenges to enable you to make your mark on our growing operation.
You will have;
- Tertiary qualifications in physiotherapy or exercise science (preferred)
- Professional membership with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority (AHPRA) (preferred)
- WA WorkCover accredited Rehabilitation and Return To Work Coordinator Training
- Health experience in underground mining or other heavy industry
The position will be offered either FIFO from Perth or based residentially.
