This is a varied role where you will be able to use your broad, extensive skills and experience to fully own your caseload from concept to delivery; innovating new ideas to achieve strategic business objectives whilst part of a dynamic and well regarded team.
Job DescriptionDay-to-day you will:
- Work with large customers in the South West to provide Injury Management Services and Health & Safety Services
- Undertake worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
- Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist our clients to return to the workforce
Attributes and Experience:
- Qualifications & registration in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Chiropractor
- Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers license is compulsory)
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
- A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
