About the role
The engine room of our business, our Central Operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.
Our Smarter Profit team is currently looking for a Delivery Manager - Innovaiton to join their team. As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning, designing and implementation of project roadmaps. You will be responsible for delivery of existing and future phases of store hardening measures.
You will
- Plan, design and implementation of project roadmaps
- Ensure system and operational performance meet agreed business standards
- Ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications and vice-versa
- Develop and or refresh of supporting material to drive operational execution of processes
- Experience in leading and influencing teams.
- Experience within store operations, merchandise functions, inventory and e-Commerce
- Experience in developing and delivering ongoing efficiencies to overall business profitability.
- Experience in change management and project management
- Excellent working knowledge of levers impacting Smarter Profit elements in the business including process, behaviour, internal and external impacts
- Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to required business levels
- In depth knowledge of Store processes
- Critical thinking to analyse and provide recommendations of risk mitigation
- Ability to create, manage and sustain change
- Strong experience in project management
