What's the role?
As our new Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing inside sales support to our customers, Sales Managers and key stakeholders through assisting new customers through their sales journey. You will be working on one of our most exciting accounts in a growing market.
Other responsibilities include:
- You will be responsible for fielding inbound queries and sales requests via phone/email & live chat and guiding customers through the sales process.
- Assisting new customers with the sales process by understanding their needs, explaining product features and benefits, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborating with Sales Managers and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales goals.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and self-reliant, capable of stepping up to a challenge and able to communicate effectively with customers.
