As the Inside Sales Representative, you will support and grow existing reseller accounts nationally by promoting the Fortinet cyber-security offerings. You will drive recruitment of new resellers through identification and prospecting new resellers Nationally.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all key resellers
• Identify, build and develop resellers to have multi-product capability (i.e. cross sell)
• Meet and exceed set gross profit targets
• Actively seek out and acquire net new channel partners who currently sell complementary products or services
• Plan communication programs to resellers
• Assist in the development and rollout of sales / technical training
• Ensure the dissemination of product and promotional information to resellers
• Be the prime Wavelink contact for all communication relating to the account
• Provide input into campaigns, events and promotional activity which benefit your territory and/or other territories
• Be the prime contact and administrate all new partner onboarding.
• Generate accurate quotes within defined SLA’s via Zoho (ticketing system).
• Be the prime contact for all inbound phone communication relating to quotes created
Reporting & Administration
• Manage NetSuite CRM system and Zoho (ticketing system) with all forms of communication particularly in relation to sales opportunities
• Attend and participate in all sales meetings (e.g. weekly, monthly)
• Produce reports/presentations as required
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE
• 2 + year of sales experience with a track record or achieving & exceeding sales targets
• Experience selling technology products and software, ideally cyber security solutions
• Results oriented with an ability to take ownership of the region
• High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm
• Well-developed networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of working autonomously
• Well developed negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to present data and information to engage with the audience.
Wavelink’s business is highly customer focused and this role is imperative to ensuring we continue to build out the region to achieve our growth trajectory. You will have set targets based on sales revenue tied into a quarterly bonus.
This role is based in either Sydney or Melbourne, we have an office in Paddington (NSW) or Hawthorn (VIC) that the incumbent can utilise, or the incumbent can opt to work from home. This role will involve travel across the region from time to time.
