As a Manager – Insights & Analytics you’ll address key needs to further the value of analytics by surfacing both leading & lagging indicators in a manner that is easy to consume. You’ll work closely with our talented Analysts to deliver on our mission to help build a brighter future for our customers and communities using data.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:
Enabling world class frontline facing customer experiences through data and analytics
Using data driven-targeting and insights to protect our customers' financial wellbeing
Developing insights and measurement tools to support and track CSN’s goal of digital first approach for all our customers,
Use your passion for people to build and manage relationships
Help develop best in class analytics solutions and culture by mentoring and working closely with the analysts in your team
Deliver high quality, accurate and timely analytics using industry standard tools to solve business problems
Provide people management and technical guidance to your team

Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
The ability to understand corporate frameworks and a keen eye for manipulating data
A demonstrated Insights and Analytics background
Experience working in an agile environment.
Experience in automation of analytical processes
Advanced analytical, numerate and logical reasoning skills
Proven problem solving, planning, project management and decision-making skills
Commercial experience with data exploration and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Python)
Experience with campaign management or customer decisioning systems.
Ability to articulate complex analytical requirements and findings in common non-technical terms
