Do work that matters
As an Insights & Analytics Manager, you will empower data driven decision making, and continual improvement strategies in our Private Banking customer communications. By surfacing both leading & lagging indicators, in a manner that is easy to consume, your role will enable tailored recommendations aimed at protecting and improving our customers' financial wellbeing.
Your role may include but won't be limited to;
- Partnering with interdisciplinary and cross functional stakeholders in requirement gathering, solution design and data delivery
- Developing insights and measurement tools to support and track Private Banking's goal of digital first approach for all our customers
- Help develop best in class analytics solutions and culture by mentoring and working closely with the analysts in your team
- Deliver high quality, accurate and timely analytics using industry standard tools to solve business problems
- Provide people management and technical guidance to your team
Your success in this role will require:
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Commercial experience with data exploration and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Python)
- A demonstrated Insights and Analytics leadership experience
- Proven problem solving, planning, project management and decision-making skills
- Ability to articulate complex analytical requirements and findings in common non-technical terms
