As an insolvency accountant you will progress towards your CA whilst working on real life and current business appointments.
You will use investigation, financial analysis and business acumen skills to assist with the restructure or resolution of everyday scenarios where businesses are in financial distress or inefficient to help resolve.

Role
- Prepare reports for creditors.
- Trade-on management, including preparing of budgets and forecasts.
- Investigating, analysing & reporting on corporate financial affairs.
- Sales of Assets (property, plant & equipment).
- Drafting advice to lawyers and assisting with legal proceedings.
- Preparing insolvent trading actions.
- Liaising with creditors, employees, business owners, agents, lawyers etc.
- Internal cash management & record keeping.
- Exposure to many variety of industries & diverse groups of people.

About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from Australian University (or near completion)
- Strong communication & organisation skills
- Accounting experience (or similar) a bonus
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook).
