About the role
Based in Sydney CBD you will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of Corporate Insolvency matters including receiverships, administrations, deeds of company arrangement, restructuring and various types of liquidations.
Day to day:
- Manage day-to-day issues on formal insolvency and restructuring engagements, including trade-on management, receipts, and payments, and assist in stakeholder communication both written and verbal
- Assist in advisory, informal engagements, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignments.
- Build and develop relationships with clients i
- Conduct financial investigations and identify reasons for insolvency
- A proven track record in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary education
- High attention to detail due to the sensitive nature of the work
- Strong communication with clients and team members to ensure strong relationships
