Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting for client engagements, including financial statements, profitability analysis, and variance analysis
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and business planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure clients are informed of relevant financial developments
- Prepare and present financial reports and findings to clients in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key insights and recommendations
- Support senior advisors and partners in client meetings, presentations, and project management activities
- Maintain a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, CPA, or working toward certification is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or advisory services, preferably within a consulting firm or advisory role
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, or other accounting software
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
