Australian Outdoor Living is seeking an Installation Scheduler / Warehouse Manager to join our tightknit team in Canberra. Based in Beard, this ongoing full-time position is primarily responsible for coordinating and manage installation of customer orders and the upkeep and organisation of the warehouse.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Scheduling
• Manage the scheduling and completion of customer orders
• Forecast, plan and schedule installation with trades and customers
• Coordinate trades and services, maintaining the calendars, to ensure timely and efficient installation to our customers
• Manage and schedule all service and warranties
• Ensure production and installation capabilities are maintained
• Preparation of weekly completions reports and ensure records are maintained
Warehouse
• General upkeep and organisation of the warehouse.
• Personal manage and cut stock as required to meet installation schedule
• Manage stock and warehouse to ensure efficiency and cleanliness
• Complete customer site check measures as required.
• Coordinate the delivery of adhoc materials to site.

To be successful in the role you will have:
- Hold a manual drivers license.
- Hold Forklift license or be willing to obtain within 3 months.
- Have a background (min 3 yrs) in a warehouse environment, trades and or project management desired.
- Good work ethic & have the ability to problem solve in an efficient manner.
- High level attention to detail, good work ethic and physical fitness
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Be able to work Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm
