About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading technical projects in rural areas. You will be responsible for planning and organizing construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest safety and quality standards. Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors is essential as we work together to expand our business and support the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
- Safety and Quality: Ensure all projects adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to achieve project goals.
- Problem Solving: Address and adapt to challenges as they arise.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in rural environments.
- In-depth technical knowledge of construction processes.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems effectively.
- Passion for contributing to rural communities.
- Willingness to work away from home, with projects primarily located in Southwest and Northwest Victoria.
