About Us
Our Richmond-based office, operating for over 20 years, serves as a hub for wine distribution and wholesale operations in Victoria. We proudly represent over 80 wineries from around the globe, bringing a diverse selection of fine wines to our customers. We're excited to welcome a passionate individual to join our tight-knit team, filling a pivotal role in Customer Service and accounts receivable.
Position Details:
Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Qualifications & Experience:
We value expertise and enthusiasm! While specific experience and qualifications are important, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. Here's what we're looking for:
- Experience and proficiency in B2B order management programs are highly recommended.
- Previous administration and accounts receivable experience is required.
- Strong time management skills, adept at multitasking, and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of wine or experience in the wine industry is a bonus, but not mandatory.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
As a key point of contact for our valued customers, you will:
- Handle phone and email orders from customers and the sales team
- Thoroughly review each order to ensure accuracy of product details, quantities, and customer information
- Coordinate effectively with our warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping details, and product availability

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
- Accurately allocating payments received to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performing credit checks and facilitating the smooth opening of new accounts.
- Responding promptly to customer account queries, ensuring their peace of mind.
- Conducting monthly debt collection activities for active accounts, while maintaining positive relationships.
