AddressAllura Partners is working with a prominent financial services institution in search of an Instructional Designer / UX Content Designer. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of a global Workforce Digital Enablement program by providing content design services for multiple employee platforms (Workday, Sharepoint (intranet), ServiceNOW, WalkMe, Workstation) within the People (HR) function.
Responsibilities:
Providing diverse content design services for the six workstreams within the Workforce Digital Enablement program (Job Architecture, Workforce Planning, Candidate Engagement, Onboarding, Learning, Talent and Career) as a member of a compact content design team within the global People (HR) function.
To be considered you will have:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in user experience design with a focus on content.
- Proficient in collaboratively developing content for employee-facing platforms in consultation with stakeholders.
- Skilled in creating content tailored for accessibility and global audiences.
- Considerable expertise in content creation, including copywriting, content publishing (SharePoint), and content auditing.
- User research (content, UX & UI)
- Experience working with Agile projects (SAFE) and Jira
- Uplifting basic content capability in non-content professionals
- Well developed understanding of SharePoint platform.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.
- In-depth understanding of instructional design theory, methodologies, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complex business scenarios.
