About the role
We are seeking a passionate Social Media Content Coordinator /Graphic Designer to join our team and work out of our state-of-the-art facilities in North Sydney, predominantly focused on building NEW and maintaining existing Wordpress Sites, as well as Social Media content and design.
The suitable candidate would ideally have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position and the ability to work independently when required.
Experience in managing corporate Social Media platforms is an absolute must, along with a good working knowledge of Wordpress and Adobe Illustrator being essential for this role.
Some graphic design of packaging and proposals will also be required.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience building and maintaining Wordpress Websites
- Experience maintaining and managing corporate Social Media platforms
- Display critical thinking when building websites tailored to specific customers, industries, and businesses
- Understand the fundamental structures and purposes of company web presences.
- Ability to take a design concept and create a website.
- Good understanding of CSS, HTML & PHP
- Excellence attitude and positive approach to your work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ad hoc work simultaneously
- Understands the importance of delivering client value at every stage of web development
- Previous working experience with using a diverse range of plugins
- A working knowledge of the English language
- Some SEO understanding or experience is highly desirable but not essential for the role
- Design, maintain and support websites, including but not limited to creating new pages, uploading content and updating content
- Solve security issues and complications that can come from websites.
- Report regularly on the progress of projects, with the ability to provide support on technical issues if applicable
- Provide support and work alongside our marketing team in order to develop SEO-ready content for website
- Analyse the data and statistics to deliver the information and communicate frequently with our clients to help them grow their business
- Analyse, design and develop sites applying software programming and scripting languages that interface with operating environments
- Any other tasks as reasonable requested by Management
