The ability to teach woodwind, brass, and percussion will be an advantage for your success in this role. The position is available as permanent full-time, servicing the primary and secondary schools of Clermont, Dysart and Tieri. Clermont is located 112km north of Emerald and is part of the larger Central Highlands district which encompasses 17 unique communities including the towns Coppabella, Dysart, Glenden, Middlemount, Moranbah and St Lawrence. Clermont has been driven by a wide variety of industry including coal mining, gold and copper mining as well as agriculture.
The town has a series of murals, monuments and sculptures depicting many Australian figures, which tie into the historical nature of the town.
